The Keeper 12 ft. Stainless Steel Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1 in. Hi-Test webbing to absorb shock during transportation, corrosion-resistant ratchet buckle, open molded handle, and heavy-duty vinyl covered s-hooks to prevent scratching and marring. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure light to medium loads. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over cargo load, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure the cargo.
