| The Larson Electronics WAL-QP-1X1000W-MHFL Metal Halide Winchpod Light Tower offers intense and portable illumination for industrial projects. Mounted on an adjustable winchpod, the 1,000-watt metal halide light head can be raised to 14 feet and lowered to 7 feet during use. This unit is constructed of die cast aluminum and is suitable for wet areas. The WAL-QP-1X1000W-MHFL is a portable winchpod lighting solution for temporary work sites. This 1,000-watt light tower offers 110,000 lumens of output with a flood-beam configuration for wide-area illumination. For elevated positioning, the winchpod can be extended up to 14 feet and retracted to 7 feet. Suitable for wet areas, two solid wheels at the base of the tower ensures seamless transportation around the facility. | |||||||||||

| The ballast contained within this fixture is multi-tap and allows operation with current of 120, 208, 240, and 277 volts with 480V and 220V options also available. A thermal, tempered, shock resistant, 5/32" thick glass door and heavy duty silicone gasket protects the metal halide lamp from outdoor elements. The door is held captive to the fixture for convenience and safety and the door frame is constructed of die cast aluminum. The lamp housing is constructed of die cast aluminum and features an anodized aluminum reflector, captive held lamp door, separate ballast compartment, stainless steel hardware and an attractive polyester powder coat finish. This lamp is ideal for use in locations where operators need expansive and powerful illumination yet want fixtures that will help to retain a degree of attractive appearance. | |||||||||||
