The 4-inch x 4 inch Post Adapter is a mailbox mounting plate that can be used to attach any Architectural Mailbox to a 4-inch x 4-inch wood mailbox post. The adapter plate is constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel and finished with a durable powder coat. It is a universal mounting mailbox mounting bracket with multiple patterns or screw holes to mount different sizes and shapes of residential mailboxes. The adapter includes mailbox mounting hardware and spacers used for T2-size mailbox installation. The adapter can be mounted three ways - a side mount, a cantilever mount, and a top mount.
