Botron B8525 Deluxe Dual Test Station

Overview

Testing ESD Wrist Straps and ESD Footwear prior to entry on the fab floor, or ESD Protected Area is a simple, yet very effective means towards becoming ESD compliant and establishing proper ESD controls. This is a no-frills, "go-no-go" type tester. Meaning, you get either a green or red indicator upon passing or failing, respectfully. It is battery operated and the trimpot calibration make the lifetime overhead of this tester a cost-effective choice.

Audible Alerts

Piezo alerts trigger on low failures and high failures.

Stainless Steel Touchplate

The large stainless steel touchplate provides not just a great surface area for contact, but also nice tactile feedback for the operator during test.

Bright Lights

6 LED bulbs, placed on the left and right of the test switch, illuminate green (for pass) and red (for high and low failures) for instant feedback to the operator.

Long Range

Calibrated to 750k ohms low and 100M high.

Durable Foot Plate

Test footwear up to 120M ohms with the optional accompanying foot plate.

Wall Mountable

Option this tester out with its wall mount to conveniently secure it to the wall before your entry point.

Steel Test Stand

The steel pedestal mounts directly to the foot plate giving you the freedom to mount the tester anywhere you see fit.
