This is a high grade striking piece of Calcite on druzy Goethite-included Quartz with a cut flat base. The Calcite very aesthetically pleasing with super sharp hexagonal plates that are two-toned and textured. The platy faces are satin sheen ivory white. The crystals are super thick (up to 1.4cm in thickness), up to 2.8 cm across, and some are completely translucent! Parallel growth features are seen throughout with linearization that provides both movement and cluster. The Calcite exhibits strong fluorescence.
This piece will be shipped in a sturdy corrugated box, and triple wrapped for safety.
