The Leofoto LS-285CEX Ranger Series Carbon Fiber Tripod is a lightweight and durable tripod. The LS-CEX Series of tripods differ from other LS Ranger Series carbon fiber tripods due to the incorporated leveling base. This feature makes this tripod suitable for videoconferencing, low perspective, and panoramic photography. The tripod head can be adjusted for horizontal orientation after the tripod has been positioned for the shot without having to individually adjust the legs. *Leveling base is incorporated to the apex and cannot be removed.

Leofoto tripods feature 10x carbon fiber tubes that make the tripod lightweight while maintaining a strong load capacity. The 6061 aluminum parts are CNC machined and hard anodized, making the surface tough against scratching and scuffing. The twist leg lock system is quickly deployed with a simple quarter turn. With the tripod's three variable leg angles, it allows you to splay the legs completely out, so the support can drop to a very low minimum height.
