Brand-new, sealed item. Box is in excellent condition (small indent on top of box noted in picture). This set is retiring on 12/31/2025, and is now hard to find in stores; it is sold out on lego.com.

Recreate the magic of Disney’s 1993 Halloween classic ‘Hocus Pocus’ by building the Sanderson Sisters’ cottage. “Come, we fly!” Don’t forget your broom — and, er — flying vacuum! This set comes with 6 minifigures; 7, if you include Thackery Binx in cat form! This set could also be used for MOCs for your LEGO medieval villages!
