Nonfunctional san-x Mamegoma seal clock

Nonfunctional mamegoma clock San-x seal Selling due to lack of room, this clock is a cute decorative piece but is non functional and has damages. There is present sun damage on the seal design meaning it is completely lightened. Some of the pink of the clock is also slightly tinted but not as dramatically. The plastic front is scratched and dusty, there are many small ones hard to notice especially on camera but some large dark marks I tried to picture please see images and examine them. I put batteries in it and it didn't work so seemingly won't function. The clock can be opened and therefore is a bit dusty inside and there seems to be a small hair too.
