Our organic almond butter is lovingly crafted by a small organic family farm using traditional preparation methods according to Weston A. Price recommendations. Our certified organic almonds are soaked and thoroughly low temp dehydrated*, resulting in an incredibly “crispy” nut. *Low temperature dehydration is the healthiest way to completely dry out the nuts after soaking. The crispy almonds are then ground and blended with organic coconut oil, a wonderful locally-harvested raw Wisconsin honey and a little Celtic sea salt. The result is a deliciously flavorful and healthy almond butter, packed with plenty of crunchy texture, ready to create a taste sensation in a classic sandwich with jam, as a dip for fruits and veggies, or to serve on crackers and toast. Our personal favorite is an almond butter and banana sandwich, topped with a sprinkle of Three-Beet or Parsnip Powder…Yum!
