Shut The Box

The game board features a dice track and flaps numbered 1 to 9, which allow you to validate the roll by closing or lowering them. At the end of each round, each player's score must be noted in order to track the progress of the entire game of Shut the Box.

It's a very simple game with two dice! The player rolls both dice and then adds up the two numbers. He can pick up one or two of the flaps in front of him, the sum of which is the same as that of the two dice. If the roll of the two dice is 4 and 5, he can pick up flap 9, or 1 with 8, or 2 with 7, or 3 with 6, or 4 with 5. It's then another player's turn to roll the two dice and proceed in the same way. And so on.

As soon as a player is blocked after rolling the dice, when they can no longer lift any flaps, they have finished the game and add up the numbers on the flaps that have not been lifted. The winner of the game is the one who gets the lowest possible total. If a player manages to lift all their flaps, they have won and can "Shut the box", or close the box!
