This range has a stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf with a 4" stainless steel front rail.
  The S36D S-Series restaurant range operates on Natural Gas at a total of 179,000 BTU (LP) with a 3/4" male, rear gas connection. The oven features a U-shaped heavy-duty burner. There is a hinged, lower valve panel. A removable crumb drawer is located under the burners. The unit comes with a with 6' power cord with 3-prong plug.
