Specially hand-made by a Nigerian fashion designer (got her contact on instagram and she did justice to the dress). It has a sequined velvet top that shines beautifully and a fully fluffy layered tulle skirt. Perfect for birthdays, parties, weddings, or cultural celebrations. Only worn once by my daughter, but she's now moved on from this style. Still in excellent condition. NB: my daughter is on the slim and tall side. So this dress would only fit a child within that range.
