Built with the User in Mind

An integrated emitter point cleaner, removable front and rear fan guards, safety switch combine to make the BFN801 a user-friendly ionizer. The safety switches turn off all power to the ionizer during service for the operator safety.

Applications

The BFN801 designed to neutralize electrostatic charges in Benchtop environments, sensitive materials assembly, Medical Device, SMT, Electronics Assembly, Automotive packaging, cleanroom and laboratory environments.

Verification and Calibration

The BFN801 ionizer comes factory calibrated and with a calibration certificate. Ionizer performance can be tested and verified with a charge plate monitor. Important tests to perform are positive and negative decay times and ion balance. It is recommended to test ionizer performance at least 1.0 per year.
