Vaughan & Bushnell BJ11 Bowjak Board Straightener

The BowJak from Vaughan & Bushnell quickly takes the curves out of warped, bent, or crooked boards. When placed next to a bowed board, the BowJak is tapped into place on the adjacent joist, then the handle is pulled to force the board straight for final hammering. The operation takes only a few seconds and can close gaps between boards up to 2-1/4". The lightweight, 26 oz. BowJak, at 12", easily fits most tool pouches and is handily by its tail hook.
