Built from stainless steel, this convection oven will be able to withstand moving from catering venue to venue or countertop to countertop within your kitchen. With a temperature range between 150°F to 570°F, you can bake or broil just about anything. Because of the timer, you can set this appliance and move on to work on other tasks, fitting half-sized sheet pans on the wire shelves.
